Device will not turn on or display anything
- Confirm that the side switch is on.
- Connect a charging cable and leave it for a while before trying again.
- Try a different USB cable and power source.
- Remove microSD temporarily and try turning it on again.
- Check that the port contains no water, dust, or foreign material.
Controls do not respond or menu scrolls itself
- Tap and release controls; do not accidentally hold them.
- Check that the five-way control is not caught on the case edge.
- With the device off, gently press each direction to check that it springs back.
- Restart the device and try again from the main menu.
Feature will not stop or screen is frozen
Follow the feature-stop procedure. If it recurs in the same menu, stop using that menu temporarily and prepare details for support.Forgotten password
If an attempt is incorrect, wait until the screen is ready and enter the four-press pattern again slowly. If you cannot remember it, stop trying and contact the seller. Update page cannot find the device

- Wait until the website confirms installation is complete.
- Unplug the cable, switch the device off, wait five seconds, then turn it on.
- Reconnect USB and try turning it on again.
- If it still does not start, do not choose a different board or firmware. Contact the seller and state the firmware option used.

- Product-receipt date
- Order number or purchase channel
- Observed symptom and current menu name
- A clear photo or video of the device and display
- Firmware version from
